The evening will start with an opening cocktail and amuse-bouche, crafted by CRMR’s Wine Director Brad Royale, followed by a three-course dinner prepared by Chef Gareth Colville and his culinary team at The Lake House. Each of the three courses will be paired with Ruinart “R” Brut, Ruinart Rosé and Ruinart Blanc De Blanc.
To complement the evening, guests will be able to enjoy the stunning lake views while perched above Lake Bonavista, and the rustic elegance of this beloved Calgary venue. Upon completion of a Master’s degree from INSEEC Bordeaux, which included a dissertation on the SAQ & the strategic value of Quebec’s wine agencies, Brent has international work experience in the fast-paced London market. An avid champagne lover, he truly enjoys sharing his passion for sparkling wines with all types of audiences, from new recruits, all the way up to seasoned connoisseurs.
