Treat Your Valentine this February 14th

Treat your Valentine on February 14th, to an intimate evening at The Lake House complete with a four-course chef-crafted dinner. Enjoy a divine set menu, in a romantic candle lit setting complete with a warming fire overlooking the beautiful Lake Bonavista.

Our talented kitchen team lead by Chef Gareth Colville have created an indulgent menu to brighten your senses, complemented by an optional wine pairing selection by CRMR’s Wine Director, Brad Royale. Start the night with a Village Bay Oyster Rockefeller hors d’oeuvre, followed by Duck Confit Ravioli and Dungess Crab Cakes for the first and second courses.

For the entrée, choose from three indulgent dishes, including Beef Wellington, Rack of Lamb or Herb & Lemon Crusted Pickerel.  And finally, finish the night off with the perfect amount of sweet with the delectable Dark & White Chocolate Raspberry Tart – great for sharing.
