Cocktails and Eats to Warm Your Soul


Winter has arrived and our talented team of chefs and mixologists are bringing some new flavors to the table, which are guaranteed to keep you fully satisfied over the colder season.

The seasonally inspired winter cocktails are a welcome addition to the menu. For those with a sweet tooth the Pear Martini is appropriate – mixing Absolut Pear Vodka, Pear Nectar and Fresh Lime Juice, with a hint of Cinnamon, this martini ensures Christmas cheer like no other.

Another seasonally festive option is the Apple-Cran Mule. Our mixologists have combined 42 Below Vodka, Apple Juice, Cranberry Juice and Ginger Beer, creating a mix of fruit and fire to warm you up on a cold winter’s day.

Our food menu remains similar to that of the Fall, with a few changes to reflect the Winter season.

A new addition to the Appetizer menu is the Spinach, Radicchio & Frisée Salad. Charred orange sweetens the dish, while a light coating of Gruyere Cheese adds a flavorful punch. An in house seasonal favorite, our PEI Mussels have been given a facelift to reflect a more classic version of this dish. The extremely satisfying creamy flavors complemented by salty frites are a combination like no other. It’s a great dish to share or enjoy yourself with a complimentary glass of wine.
