Celebrate your Valentine with a delectable four course dinner overlooking Lake Bonavista. Lake views and a flickering fireplace offer a romantic setting to enjoy a relaxing dinner with your loved one. Chefs Thomas Neukom and Gareth Colville will be preparing a menu that will feature our signature Rocky Mountain Cuisine. To complement the Chef’s menu, CRMR’s Wine Director, Brad Royale has carefully selected optional wine pairings for each course. The evening will begin with an hors d’oeuvre followed by three courses and conclude with a delicious dessert crafted by our Pastry Chefs.
