Start your Sunday morning off on the right foot with a sizzling pan of Pulled Wild Boar Mac & Cheese, a delicious plate of Chocolate Cream Cheese Filled Brioche French Toast or a taste of the ocean with Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict. Don’t forget to share a plate of warm and sticky Pecan Cinnamon knots with your other guests. That is – if you are up for sharing.

Known for our Rocky Mountain Cuisine,  Chef Neukom continues to feature unique menu items that incorporate game meats such as elk, bison or wild boar. His food philosophy focuses on sourcing local ingredients and fresh produce to create seasonal dishes.
