Felsina Wine Dinner – 4 courses & wine pairings
Giuseppe Poggiali the owner of Felsina, one of Italy’s foremost Chianti producers, is in Calgary for one night only and it is Bin 905's pleasure to have him join us for dinner at CRMR's newest restaurant The Lake House. We will taste through the entire range of Felsina wines, including the super-rare never before seen in Calgary Colonia Chianti Classico. All the wines will be paired alongside a fantastic four course meal prepared by Chef Thomas Neukom.
