Welcome to Crafted at The Lake: Ol' Beautiful x Establishment Beer Dinner

Crafted at The Lake returns for its fourth year, bringing together inspired cuisine and some of Calgary’s best craft beer at The Lake House. This fall, we’re raising a glass with iconic and returning partners, Ol' Beautiful Brewing Co. and The Establishment Brewing Company for an evening dedicated to thoughtful pairings, local craftsmanship and good company.

Join us on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, as Chef Gareth Colville presents a specially curated four-course dinner, with each dish thoughtfully paired with a beer selected to complement the flavours on the plate. Representatives from both breweries will join throughout the evening to share the stories and inspiration behind each pour.

Overlooking Lake Bonavista, Crafted at The Lake is an opportunity to gather around the table, discover new flavours and experience what happens when the kitchen and brewery come together.
