Back by popular demand! After a sold-out debut last year, we are thrilled to welcome you to the second annual Crafted at the Lake beer dinner at The Lake House. This year, we’re raising a glass with new brewery partners, Annex Ales and Establishment Brewing, two of Calgary’s most celebrated breweries.

Join us on Wednesday, October 8 for an evening of inspired food and craft beer pairings. Indulge in a specially curated four-course menu, each dish paired seamlessly with standout brews from Annex Ales and Establishment Brewing.

Set against the stunning lakefront views of Lake Bonavista, this one-night-only event promises a dining experience where flavour, craftsmanship, and community come together. Seats are limited and, with last year’s sell-out, we recommend booking early.

Event Details

What: A four-course beer dinner featuring a menu crafted by Chef Gareth Colville, paired with four exceptional beers from Annex Ales and Establishment Brewing. Includes a welcome beer cocktail, amuse-bouche, and a memorable evening of food, drink, and lakefront views. Tickets are $135/person, price includes taxes and fees.

Where: The Lake House, Lake Bonavista Dining Room, overlooking the stunning Lake Bonavista

Who: Menu designed by Chef Gareth Colville, with beer pairings from Annex Ales and Establishment Brewing. Brewery representatives will be present to share tasting notes and insights for each pairing.
