Treat Your Valentine This February 14th


Enjoy the crackle of a warming fire, soft candle lights twinkling on the tables and the aromatic flavours of Rocky Mountain cuisine lingering in the air. Perched high above the glistening frozen Lake Bonavista, we’re inviting you to dine with your loved one on the most romantic night of the year. This Valentine’s Day’s we’re offering a four-course dinner, embellished with succulent flavours and enticing ingredients to delight both you and your date.

Treat your loved one to an intimate date night at The Lake House this February 14th, 2019. Our Head Chef Gareth Colville has crafted a dinner to enlighten your senses, which can be complemented by an optional wine pairing selection by Wine Consultant, Brad Royale.

Starting the night with a small offering of Scallop Rockefeller amuse-bouche, followed by Oxtail Tortellini and Warm Crab Salad for the first and second courses. Moving onto the entree, choose from Grilled Beef Tenderloin, Brome Lake Duck Breast or Pan Seared Halibut. And finally, the pièce de résistance – our softly sweetened and heartwarming Dark Chocolate & Raspberry Mousse – the perfect spoonful to enjoy together.
