Join us for Brunch or Dinner – June 18, 2017

Father’s Day is just around the corner, and finding a gift for Dad always seems to be a near-impossible task! This day is about giving Dad the opportunity to relax and spend time with his loved ones, all while feeling appreciated for everything he does for the family. We want to help take the stress out of planning a special Father’s Day by providing a space for a delicious family meal in a beautiful setting – treat dad to a brunch or dinner on the lake and a Father’s Day he won’t forget.

Start Father’s Day on a high note with a delicious brunch.  With the arrival of some new Brunch dishes, Dad will have plenty to pick from. Start with something sweet for the table to share and indulge in our new Peach Fritters served with Whipped Maple Cream Cheese and Candied Pecans. Next, enjoy the Fried Buttermilk Chicken served with a Cheddar Green Onion Biscuit, Swiss Cheese, House Smoked Bacon, Sriracha Mayonnaise, a Sunny Side Up Egg, and Roast Potatoes.

Beginning at 5:00pm, we will be serving our full a la carte menu with some new Summer dishes to try. Start your dinner with our Heirloom Tomato & Peach Salad with Pea Shoot & Snap Pea Slaw, Alpindon Cheese, Brown Butter Brioche, Chinook Honey, and Chervil Vinaigrette. Next, treat Dad to our new Pan Seared Diver Scallops with Crispy Rice Cake, Miso Soubise, Pickled Samphire, Prawn Cracker, and Plum & Lemon Grass Emulsion. End Dad’s special dinner with one of new desserts – the Peanut Butter Chocolate Bar with Dark Chocolate Ganache, Peanut Butter Mousse, and Salted Peanut Chewy Caramel.
