Easter dinner – the perfect occasion to get together and connect with family over a great meal in a cozy setting. But unfortunately, this often means hours spent in the kitchen preparing a seemingly endless amount food and dealing with heaps of dirty dishes.
Why not skip the hard part, and come celebrate Easter at The Lake House? Our cozy and intimate dining room features a picturesque view of Lake Bonavista, and the space is illuminated by the grand stone fireplace and our intricate antler chandeliers. Enjoy a meal made from scratch with your family in a wonderful setting, all the while avoiding the time-consuming job of cooking and cleaning up yourself!
Starting at 5:00 pm, we will be offering all the dishes from our a la carte menu, including some of our new favourites for Spring.
Start off your dinner with our delicious new Duck Confit Scotch Egg with Teriyaki Mayo and Manchego Cheese, or stick with something light and fresh like the Assorted Beet Salad with Hazelnut & Thyme Shortbread. Next, try our new Butter Roasted Black Cod with Du Puy Lentils, Side Striped Shrimp and Kaffir Lime Yoghurt or our twist on a classic dish, the Elk Tenderloin Wellington with Toulouse Sausage and Wild Mushrooms. Lastly, end on a high note with dessert! Our Flourless Mocha Chocolate Cake with Butter Toffee and the Warm Apple Ginger Cake with Sweet Potato Ice Cream are both rich and tasty ways to complete your Easter dinner.
And we haven’t forgotten about the young ones – we have a full kid’s menu that your little ones will enjoy so that the whole family can come along.
