Our weeknight prix fixe menu is back!
Led by Chef Thomas Neukom and Sous Chef Gareth Colville, savour a delicious three course menu crafted by our culinary team. Starting tonight, enjoy our prix fixe menu Monday to Thursday evenings for $45 per person. The menus will change regularly and feature CRMR’s distinctive Rocky Mountain Cuisine. The locally inspired menus are complimented by a diverse wine list offering global selections authored by CRMR Wine Director Brad Royale.
The prix fixe menu will vary throughout the week and will be available Monday to Thursday beginning at 5 p.m. for a limited time.
