Chef Thomas Neukom and his team have crafted a five course menu to ring in the New Year in style! This five course tasting menu will feature their signature Rocky Mountain Cuisine with optional wine pairings by CRMR Wine Director Brad Royale.

Five course menu: $95 per person
Optional wine pairings: $60 per person
